There will be an offline meetup with 300 people, seven circles including “Ponderonium Laboratory” and “EXTENSION CLOTHING” will exhibit in person for the first time, and VR-related companies including “VRChat Inc.” will hold exhibitions and experience sessions.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The venue is Akihabara UDX 2F AKIBA SQUARE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The VRC Great Exchange Meeting is an event that aims to promote interaction between VR users, VR creators, and VR-related companies, and to generate new interactions that can only be had in the real world.
\nThis event<\/a> was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it will be held again after four years.
\nThe event will be held on the vast 1,300m2<\/strong> site of AKIBA SQUARE on the 2nd floor of Akihabara UDX.
\nThe event will be divided into two parts: the ” Daytime Session<\/strong> ” from 11:00 to 16:00, and the ” Evening Session<\/strong> ” from 17:30 to 20:30.
\nThe ” Daytime Session<\/strong> ” will feature a ” Sale Event<\/strong> ” by VR creators, a ” Business Area<\/strong> ” centered around VR-related companies, and a ” Social Lounge<\/strong> ” where more than 100 people can interact at the same time.<\/p>\n

In the evening,<\/strong> we will hold a social gathering<\/strong> . We are planning a large-scale offline meet-up with a buffet for 300 people<\/strong> .
\nThis event<\/u> is free<\/u><\/strong> for circle exhibitors, corporate exhibitors, and general participation .<\/u><\/p>\n

We will be holding a sales event where creators active in VRChat will exhibit their products.
\nSeven circles will be exhibiting at a real event for the first time: ” Ponderonium Laboratory<\/a> ,” ” EXTENSION CLOTHING<\/a> ,” ” MAISONDARC.<\/a> “, ” Engine Kazumi<\/a> ,” ” Hyuganatsu Mikan<\/a> ,” ” Koyori Labo<\/a> ,” and ” VRC Event Calendar<\/a> .”
\nAs of November 21, seven circles have decided to exhibit, and from today we have begun accepting applications from circles to exhibit publicly. We are expecting a total of 35 circles to participate in the sale.<\/p>\n
