The purpose of the Fukui Gourmet Fair is to promote the appeal of the representative ingredients of Fukui Prefecture and Fukui City, with 76 restaurants in the Tokyo metropolitan area developing and offering original menus based on the concept of Fukui ingredients and local cuisine. I will. At Akihabara Washington Hotel, we use Kamishō taro, Sanrihama Sanneko shallots, Fukui salmon, and mizu octopus for breakfast at Bonsalute Cafe.
