Chirashizushi is an essential dish for this festival. It is very colorful in appearance and uses an abundance of auspicious produce from the land and sea, so it became a dish to eat on this day.

Their main dishes are fresh bluefin tuna, carefully selected and procured from a long-established tuna wholesaler that has been in business since the Edo period, as well as Edomae sushi made with fresh seasonal fish delivered directly from Toyosu Market and creative dishes that make the most of the ingredients, all of which are sprinkled with the skill of their artisans.
