The first store is a burger specialty store with the concept of "a hamburger with a rich omelet that is carefully hand-baked by craftsmen," and is located on the premises of the KDX Akihabara Building in Akihabara, Tokyo on October 6th. It will open from the day.

Our shop offers a new sensation hamburger with a main focus on Dashimaki Tamago. It is a shop where you can easily stop by, targeting young people and business people who visit Akihabara Station.

Softly baked with carefully selected egg and kelp sukiyaki, but based on the simple taste of "Dashimaki burger" sandwiched with rolled egg and mustard mayonnaise, it is full of volume with plenty of appetizing seasoned beef. We have prepared a total of 6 types, including the "Full stomach sukiyaki mustard roll burger" and the Japanese-style "pickled tartare mustard roll burger" that matches homemade egg tartare and takuan. All are available in two sizes, small and regular, so you can enjoy it as a light meal or a solid meal.
For drinks, we have a refreshing menu that goes well with hamburgers, such as "homemade! Lemonade" using domestic lemon and "organic ginger ale using domestic organic ginger".

To commemorate the opening, we will sell a burger (plain) / regular size for 300 yen for 3 days from October 6th.
