Converted the two guesthouse-type hotels and hostels "GRIDS" series developed by Sankei Building into creative offices with a lounge, conference room, and sky terrace in the common area.
There are multiple plans to meet various needs, such as "LIVING STYLE OFFICE" of 19.65㎡ to 58.20㎡, which makes use of the hotel guest room equipped with a shower booth, and "MIDDLE OFFICE", which can dedicate one floor including the water area. We have prepared.

Gleam's Original Tea is affiliated with the organic tea brand "TEATOPIA TOKYO" from Tokyo. You can enjoy high quality tea leaves imported directly from Sri Lanka with a focus on aroma and taste. At the time of the grand opening, we will prepare two types of tea, "MELLOW", a flavored tea with a mellow pomegranate scent, and Earl Gray "BASK", which is based on bergamot and has a real fruit scent. You can spend a relaxing and luxurious time with a cup of fragrant tea, as if you were spending time in the hotel's tea lounge.
When you move in, you will receive a mug of Gleam's original design.

The rooftop of GLEAMS AKIHABARA has been renovated to a sky terrace overlooking the Kanda River. It is an open-air space surrounded by greenery with sofas and chairs lined up on the deck. By properly using the lounge on the 1st floor, it can be used as an in-house meeting, refreshment between work, and a lunch space. It is an attractive spot where you can naturally draw out new ideas and communication inside and outside the company in a relaxing space. It can also be reserved for private use by residents, making it an ideal place for in-house recreation.

The lounge wall art and other artwork will be handled by Takuro Takashiro and the mural production team RELISH. Pop-colored art that cuts out one scene of the journey colors a relaxed and EASY workplace, and supports communication and the creation of opportunities for free thinking.

Active in a wide range of media such as magazines and TV, with a focus on advertising. The characteristic expression is to create a catchy and impressive world view in the illustration by drawing one scene of everyday life that was cut out in pop colors.

RELISH

A mural production team run by multiple lettering artists. Formed in May 2018 with the aim of adding a new flavor to the space with lettering murals under the team name "RELISH" which means "flavor, fun". Mural paintings centered around various music festivals and events such as GREENROOM FESTIVAL, SUMMER SONIC, and TOKYO MOTOR SHOW. We are expanding the range of activities such as production in commercial facilities, offices, and restaurants.
