To help you get through early summer, we're releasing chilled ramen with a flavorful broth and two types of rice balls that we've supervised for the first time, starting June 23rd (Tuesday)!

FamilyMart Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takeo Kotani) will celebrate its 45th anniversary in September 2026. Based on the five keywords that it has continuously worked on, the company will continue its activities under the slogan "The Most Challenging."
 

As part of our efforts to become "the most beloved in the community," we will be releasing "Hotate Biyori Supervised Blissful Cold Mixed Noodles with Bonito and Kelp Broth" (573 yen, 618 yen including tax) and "Hotate Biyori Supervised Proprietress's Whim Delicious Broth Rice Ball with Scallop Flavor" (181 yen, 195 yen including tax), supervised by "Tokyo Style Noodle Hotate Biyori," a restaurant located in Akihabara, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, at approximately 5,500 FamilyMart stores in the Kanto region starting June 23, 2026 (Tuesday).

Onigiri's first-ever supervision! Beat the summer heat with chilled ramen that lets you enjoy different flavors!

"Tokyo Style Noodle Hotate Biyori" opened in Akihabara, Tokyo in 2022 and is a ramen shop that always has a line of customers, featuring a deep-flavored tsukemen (dipping noodles) with a soup made with scallop broth and plenty of scallops used as toppings. FamilyMart has been selling cup noodles and potato chips supervised by the shop since 2024, as well as chilled ramen and cold tsukemen (available only in the Kanto region), which have been very well received.
 

This time, under the supervision of the restaurant, we will be releasing chilled ramen and rice balls that have been specially prepared for the coming of the hot summer. "Hotate Biyori's Supervised Blissful Chilled Mixed Noodles with Bonito and Kelp Broth" is a refreshing ramen that you won't get tired of, thanks to the soup made with bonito and kelp, to which you can add the separately provided plum jelly halfway through.
 

"Hotate Biyori Supervised: The Landlady's Whim – Delicious Broth Rice Ball with Scallop Flavor" is the first rice ball supervised by the restaurant, and is based on the restaurant's popular daily special, "The Landlady's Whim." It has a gentle flavor created by mixing shredded mackerel and scallop broth.
